The FT/IR-4000 and 6000 series have achieved high sensitivity and high stability through hardware optimization and improved functionality and operability through renewed measurement programs. These FTIRs significantly reduce the time and effort required for measurement by integrating hardware and software at a high level. The hardware provides high-grade spectra in a short time by improving sensitivity with a low-noise electrical system equipped with a 24-bit A/D converter, which has been cultivated in previous models, as well as by high-precision moving mirror control using DSP technology and improved stability with a corner cube mirror. In addition, the rebuilt measurement program can set optimum measurement and analysis conditions at the time of pre-scanning with the real-time data processing function, reducing the time and labor required for data processing after measurement.
